PTspeed can ship products globally. We operate warehouses in multiple countries to save you on shipping costs and ensure faster delivery. The shipping location will be selected based on your shipping address.
US Shipping
PTspeed aims to ship your order as soon as possible. Our online store currently accepts orders shipped to street addresses throughout the US. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses in the US. Order Acceptance: PTspeed reserves the right to accept or reject any order.
Delivery Time:
- Orders placed on business days (Monday-Friday) before 2 pm Pacific Time (PT) are generally shipped within 2-3 business days for in-stock items (Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico 5-7 business days ).
- Weekend orders placed after 2 pm PT on Fridays will be processed on the next 2-3 business days in the following week.
- If the following day is a (national) holiday, the order processing will postpone to the next 2-3 business day.

Made-to-order items (products made specifically upon order) or pre-order will be dispatched within 3-6 weeks.
- Customized items will be dispatched as per lead-time shows on the listing.
- Products located at other warehouse points will be dispatched according to the lead time shown on the listing.
- For signature required deliveries (which is generally determined by the carrier), for the purpose of these terms, the "delivery" shall be deemed to have occurred or the orders shall be deemed to "have been delivered" upon receipt of the product(s) at the designated delivery address.
- Pre-order, Customized, Made-to-order items.
- Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, transportation issues).
- Specific delivery area.
Local Pickup (US Only)
- All of our items can be ordered and picked up at our San Jose headquarters. Email Confirmation will be sent out when orders are ready for pickup.
- The pickup hours are 10 am - 12 pm and 1pm - 4 pm Monday through Friday PST. Government-issued photo ID and a copy of the order confirmation will be required at time of pickup.
- Orders must be picked up within 5 business days after order confirmation has been sent. Subject to approval, pick-up time can be extended up to maximum: 14 days. Orders not picked up after 14 days, will be canceled.
Shipping Discrepancies
It is the customers’ responsibility to receive and check upon receipt of merchandise if the items are correct, missing, or damaged in transit within 5 business days.

Shipping Responsibility
While we make every effort to ensure your order is delivered on time, however, we will not be liable for any delay or no delivery due to any unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control (such as weather, force majeure, or transportation issues, by third party carriers). - PTspeed uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time.
- We will provide you with the tracking number in an order status email during office hours. It may not be updated on the carrier website until that evening.
- Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. A signature may be required for some shipments.
- If there is an issue with your order, we will notify you by email or phone within 1-2 business days.
Risk and Ownership Transfer
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to you as soon as the product is delivered to the first carrier outside the country of importation.will transfer to you as soon as the product is delivered to the first carrier outside of the country of importation.
- Ownership of the product(s) transfers to you once the full payment, including delivery charges, is received by PTspeed, or upon delivery as defined in "International Shipping & Delivery Times," whichever occurs later.

- PTspeed uses the best mainstream international express carriers to make sure your order gets to you on time safely.
- Freight delivery time is affected by the different freight companies, shipping service options, destination of delivery, and customs clearance.

Customs and Duties
- The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees that may occur during international shipping.
- The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs delays can affect original delivery estimates.
- NOTE: Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a form of identification before releasing a shipment, such as a passport, tax ID, etc.
Cancellation Policy
- Accepted orders for products are non-cancellable; made-to-order items and customized items are non-cancellable and non-refundable (NCNR).

Return/Refund/Exchange process could ONLY be initiated after the order is confirmed receipt & delivered through order history.
Exchanges
Eligibility:
- Items can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Process:
- Click the “Returns/Refunds/Exchanges” button to initiate an exchange. Please provide your order number, details of the product(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
- Our team will provide you with an RMA number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Ship the item(s) back to us with the RMA document at the address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure your exchange reaches us.
- Once the original item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item to you in 2-3 business days. If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, we will contact you for further instructions.
- If the replacement unit is out of stock, we will notify you on the estimated ship date by email.
Returns
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required with the returned item(s).
Process:
- Click the “Returns/Refunds/Exchanges” button to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, details of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) and instructions on how to return the item.
- Ship the item(s) back to us with an RMA document at the address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
Restocking fee:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product. Orders returned for other reasons will be subject to a restocking fee.
- Orders from $0 to $500: No restocking fee, which can encourage customers to purchase with confidence.
- Orders from $500 to $1000: A restocking fee of 10% of the order amount will be charged.
- Orders over $1000: A restocking fee of 15% of the order amount will be charged.
Repairs
Eligibility:
Repair requests can be submitted within the warranty period.
PTspeed.com makes no warranty as to the merchantability, fitness or application of the products.
Process:
- Click the “Returns/Refunds/Exchanges” button to initiate a repair request. Please provide your order number, details of the product(s) you wish to repair, and the reason for the repair.
- Our team will provide you with an RMA number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Ship the item(s) back to us with the RMA document at the address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
- Once the item is received & inspected, we will notify you of the required repair and testing time by email. We will ship the repaired items after test and verification.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale.
- Customized or personalized cables.
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
International Returns
For international returns, the same policies apply, but please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt at service@ptspeed.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Force Majeure Event
- In the event of any delay in performance or failure of performance of the obligations under these terms by us due to any causes arising from or attributable to acts, omissions events, accidents or acts of Gods beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, embargo, prohibition of import or export of Goods, governmental orders or restrictions, change of applicable laws, riot, storm, flood, earthquake, strike, traffic, blockage, labor shortage or power shortage, then such delay or failure of performance shall not be deemed a default and whereby we so delayed or prevented and shall be under no liability to you for any losses or costs suffered thereby.
- Our performance under any order you have placed is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavors to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
Modification
We have the right to revise and amend these terms at any time. Any changes to the terms are effective upon their posting to the website.
